Cancelling an order
Write to us before it ships and we cancel it and refund you in full. We pack within 1 to 3 business days, so the sooner the better. If it has already left, use the return below — it costs you nothing either way.
How a return works
- Email gg4lab@gmail.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number.
- We send a prepaid return label the same business day.
- Put the cushion in any box and drop it at the carrier.
- We refund within 5 business days of receiving it.
The details
- The cushion can be used. We expect it to be.
- You do not need the original packaging.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method.
- Bundles are refunded per cushion returned — keep one, send one back.
- Return shipping is on us.
Damaged or defective on arrival
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we replace it at no cost. You do not need to send the damaged one back.
