60 days. Prepaid return label. No forms and no questions about why.

You have 60 days from delivery to request a return. If the cushion is not right for you, contact us within that period to arrange your prepaid return.

Cancelling an order

Write to us before it ships and we cancel it and refund you in full. Packing takes 1 to 2 business days, so please contact us as soon as possible. If it has already left, use the return below — it costs you nothing either way.

How a return works

  1. Email gg4lab@gmail.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number.
  2. We send a prepaid return label the same business day.
  3. Put the cushion in any box and drop it at the carrier.
  4. We refund within 5 business days of receiving it.

The details

  • The cushion can be used. We expect it to be.
  • You do not need the original packaging.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method.
  • Bundles are refunded per cushion returned — keep one, send one back.
  • Return shipping is on us.

Damaged or defective on arrival

Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we replace it at no cost. You do not need to send the damaged one back.
