60-day return policy
Try the cushion for 60 days from the delivery date, on the chair you sit on most. If it is not the most comfortable seat in the house, send it back for a full refund of the product price.
How it works
- Email us within 60 days of delivery with your order number.
- We send a prepaid return label the same business day.
- Put the cushion in any box and drop it at the carrier.
- We refund within 5 business days of receiving it.
No forms and no questions about why. The cushion can be used and it does not need the original packaging. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Bundles are refunded per cushion returned.
Damaged or defective on arrival
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we replace it at no cost. You do not need to send the damaged one back.
