The product

Will it go flat like my last one?

The foam is high-density. Press it and let go: it returns to full height. If yours ever stays dented within the 60 days, send it back.

Does it fit a car seat?

Yes. It sits inside a standard driver seat with the cut-out toward the seat back.

Will it slide around?

The bottom has a non-slip base. It stays where you put it on fabric, leather and wood.

Can I wash it?

The cover unzips and goes in the washing machine. The foam core stays out of the wash.

Is it too hard, or too soft?

Firm when you first sit, then it molds to you within a minute. It does not sink to the seat.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Free to the 48 contiguous United States, on every pack.

How long does it take?

We ship within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery is usually 9 to 14 business days after that. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not at this time. We also do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or US territories yet.

Returns and payment

What if I do not like it?

You have 60 days from delivery. Email us with your order number and we send a prepaid return label the same business day. Refund within 5 business days of us receiving it. No forms and no questions about why.

Can I return a bundle?

Yes. Bundles are refunded per cushion returned.

Which payments do you take?

All major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Checkout is handled by Shopify — we never see your card details.
