We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, or outside the United States at this time. If you order from one of those, write to us and we refund you straight away.
Why 9 to 14 days
We are honest about this: the cushion ships from our supplier's warehouse, not from a depot down the road. That is what lets us sell a cushion this dense at $64.99 instead of $120. If you need it tomorrow, we are not the right shop.
If it has not arrived
More than 20 business days after the shipping email, email gg4lab@gmail.com with your order number. We trace it with the carrier, and if it cannot be found we send a replacement or refund you.
