Shipping policy
Free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.
Delivery takes 7 to 12 business days from the day you order.
That covers 1 to 2 business days for us to pack it and the
transit time to your door.
You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel
leaves. If tracking has not updated in 5 business days,
email us and we chase it.
WHY NOT TWO DAYS
We are honest about this. The cushion ships from our
supplier's warehouse, not from a depot down the road.
That is what lets us sell a cushion this dense at $64.99
instead of $120. If you need it tomorrow, we are not the
right shop.
WHERE WE SHIP
The 48 contiguous United States only.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US
territories, or outside the United States. If you order
from one of those, write to us and we refund you the
same day.
IF IT IS LATE
More than 20 business days after the shipping email,
email gg4lab@gmail.com with your order number. We trace
it with the carrier. If it cannot be found we send a
replacement or refund you in full. You do not have to
argue with us about it.
