Track my order
Every order ships with a tracking number. Here is how to find yours.
You already have it in your inbox
As soon as your parcel leaves, we email you a tracking number and a link. It comes from gg4lab@gmail.com. If you cannot find it, check your spam or promotions folder first — that is where it usually is.
When the number appears
- We pack and hand the parcel over within 1 to 3 business days of your order.
- The tracking email goes out the moment it leaves.
- The number can take 24 to 48 hours to start showing movement. That is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.
- Delivery is usually 9 to 14 business days after the shipping email.
Cannot find the email?
Write to us with your order number and the name on the order. We look it up and send the tracking link back the same business day.
If it has been more than 20 business days
Contact us. We trace the parcel with the carrier, and if it cannot be found we send a replacement or refund you. You do not have to chase it yourself.
