Product warranty

60 days from the delivery date, against manufacturing defects under normal use.

What is covered

  • Foam that does not return to full height under normal sitting
  • Seams, zip or cover failing on their own
  • Non-slip base separating from the cushion
  • Anything wrong or damaged on arrival

What is not covered

  • Cuts, tears, burns or stains from use
  • Damage from washing the foam core (only the cover is machine washable)
  • Normal change in feel as the foam adapts to you

How to claim

Email gg4lab@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. For anything damaged or defective on arrival, send the photo within 7 days of delivery and we replace it at no cost — you do not need to send the damaged one back.

For a defect inside the 60 days, we replace the cushion or refund you, whichever you prefer.

This is on top of the 60-day trial

The trial covers you if you simply do not like it. The warranty covers you if something is wrong with it. You do not have to choose which one to use — write to us and we sort it.
